MAINTENANCE

General Issues

Shading Issues

The solar panels we install will be positioned to gain the maximum amount of sunlight all year round. The issue that you should be aware of is the growth of trees or other foliage that may cast shadows or obstruct sunclight from reaching the Solar panels.

You should also consider how anyy future building work that takes place on your property would affect the Solar panels.

Cleaning

The Solar panels themselves are designed to be self cleaning. However, over a period of time their performance can be affected by a build up of debris.

We would recommend that the panels should be cleaned on a yearly basis, which should be carried out by personnel who are suitably qualified to work at heights, or with required equiptment which would enable the cleaning to be carried out from ground level.

Maintenance Packages

Alongside our Solar PV and EV Charger installations, we offer a selection of maintenance packages that vary depending on your needs.

Individual Callout Charge

Our call-out charges vary depending on your location. To provide an accurate quote, we discuss the details over the phone before arranging a visit. This ensures transparency and allows you to know what to expect before any work is carried out. Any additional time on-site will be charged separately, and this can also be confirmed during your call or email.

Monthly Maintenence Package

We also offer a monthly maintenance package, with pricing tailored to your location and needs, which we can discuss over the phone. This plan covers all repair and cleaning labor, with only the cost of replaced components extra. Regular maintenance can help prevent bigger issues down the line, often making it more cost-effective than paying for individual repairs as they arise.
